Representative Leo-Wilson moved to suspend all necessary rules to take up and consider at this time HR 602.

The following resolution was laid before the house:

HR 602, Recognizing the White Ranch in Chambers County for 195 years of continuous operation and for having the oldest Texas cattle brand in continuous use.

FIVE-DAY POSTING RULE SUSPENDED

Representative Hunter moved to suspend the five-day posting rule to allow the Committee on State Affairs to consider HB 5066 at 10:30 a.m. or upon final adjournment or recess or during bill referral, if permission is granted, Wednesday, March 29 in JHR 140.

The motion prevailed.

Representative Moody moved to suspend the five-day posting rule to allow the Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence to consider HB 3548 at 10:30 a.m. or upon final adjournment or recess or during bill referral, if permission is granted, tomorrow in E2.016.
